Osama And The World

Recently we saw the victory of America's first ever non-white President. Why didn't I just go with black? Simple, just because I can. Being racial is a choice and nobody can tell me otherwise. If you go around passing racial remarks its because you like it and you decided that you're just gonna do it to spite a person of a different race.

I'm not racist but recently I witnessed a friend that was really happy about Obama's victory. She went on about how black people have been opressed over the ages and that its about time a black president rise to the occasion. She concluded that people like her deserve a chance. Here's the thing...she was Indian.

I couldn't help myself! I mentioned something like this.

"Dei...before you guys went YO! YO!, you guys actually went AYOYO!!"

And continued,

"Be proud about being who you are and be happy for what he (Obama) stands for, not the color of his skin"

"The proper term for you is brown and generally you'd be known around the world as Asians. Don't mis-label yourself coz that might hurt a lot of your relatives who are proud to be Indian."

I tell you, no wonder Samy Vellu has a hard time keeping things in order. A lot of our Indian friends are forgetting who they really are.

But regardless, we have to be proud, first and foremost that we're Malaysians. I was born into a time and place where I grew up and spent time with races of every kind and in no way do I feel that we are any different. What keeps us apart is culture and traditions..and even that happens when we're practising rituals or religious affairs. Here's a thought...who defines Culture and Traditions? I don't believe in anything that divides.

We are who we are, based on what we stand for. My congratulations to Obama for sticking to what he believes in and how it will affect his nation regardless of creed and religion.

Here is one guy who is happy to be who he is and I admire him for that.

Winds Of Change

Hi everyone. After witnessing the results of the US elections on AOL.com yesterday, I can't help but continually whistle the tune of Scorpion's ever popular "winds of change". It is true, we are headed towards change...And its happening on a GLOBAL level. I remembered years ago when a TV series placed an African American as president and true enough, it came true.

I was chilling around in FB and a friend of mine asked, "Do you think the change is good?". I answered, "Any change is good. It keeps us on our toes. It allows to think and evolve. The biggest problem with as habitual creatures is the inability to change or too slow to change." and thats when we kinda agreed to go out and have a few drinks. The conversation basically lasted a good four hours and man, I swear, I could've been a big hit on TV after moderating the debate that went on in that group. I am a big advocate of change and hope that I will never stop changing because that will be my demise. Change keeps us young...in mind body and soul.

Before excusing myself yet again in order to fulfil the quota of our own produced contents, I will leave you with this humorous piece. (A random YouTube piece)

Whats this got to do with change? Maybe absolutely nothing, maybe something. All I can say is, after watching that, I just can't help but think about Bush's administration.

Be Safe and Take Care.

Tech + Lace = Chastity Belt ! ?

I was again busy surfing the net
when I came upon this unusual piece of news. Upon further digging, investigating and nosepicking, I found the website, the video, pretty much everything else I needed to know about this supposedly GPS Equipped Lingerie.

Yes, you heard me right. A GPS Equipped Lingerie. Believe you me that I was stupified with this one. What do you expect out of this technology infused racy garment anyway? A device that tells you directions towards the bedroom perhaps? Maybe it's for the boys to keep track of their women? Feminists around the world are going to have a field day with this one.

This salivating sexy sexbomb suit comes in a slew of eye popping sets. Namely a
lace bodice, a bikini bottom and faux pearl collar, with the GPS machination just peeping through the see-through part of the bodice next to the waist.

Made by Lucia Iorio from Lindelucy. This "Find-Me-If-You-Can" Lingerie is quoted to be "...a wink to women and a challenge to men because, even if she gives him the password to her GPS, she can always turn it off".

There are many, many, many, other news about this Ludicrous Lingerie. Just Google it to find out more.
Condoms.

Most of the time I'll end up purchasing them at pharmacies or the local 7-11. Ribbed, thin, or thick. I don't really care just as long as they're condoms. Then again, should I choose nonchalantly, they'll either break or just slip off!

Yeah, I've had my fair share of mishaps. Like not fitting right, or chaffing, even running out of that oh-so-important lubricant! But, recently I've scored a bunch of them that I would not need to go out and buy anymore for about a month or so.

These freebies made me think. How can I score more free condoms? Which ones are better? Does brand really make a difference? With all those questions in mind. I went online.

After an hour of surfing, I stumbled upon Trojan's 1,000,000 free condoms donation campaign called EvolveOneEvolveAll. The site itself explains what is it all about. It will teach you, share with you, show you, quiz you, make you aware of all the nastiness that's been hovering in people's head.
STDs
.

Albeit that it is a campaign that consists only in the United States. I do think that what the campaign is all about applies to everyone in every nation. What I'm doing here, for the sake of justifying my write up, is more on a Public Service Announcement to all the swingers out there.

Evolve. Use A Condom Everytime.

Of Broken Rules...

I guess I've broken the golden rule of blogging. It is said that best blogs are those that are updated on a daily basis. Aww.. C'mon! I've got things to do, people to see, ideas to pen and productions to produce. However, I will try my best to provide you readers/viewers (re/viewers?) with what GOD has to offer through this mediocre brain of mine.

Recently, I was privileged to have witness the documentary titled "Bra Boys". Nope! Its not about confused sexually challenged men! Its the story of the infamous bra boys of Australia. What started as an outcast juvenile urban cult, evolved into a responsible community group that endorses healthy, active and caring lifestyle. All of this, through the sport of SURFING! Oh yeah.. it was narrated by Russel Crowe and directed by Sunny Aberton, one of the pioneering Bra Boys gang and a world class surfer that sparked beachwear brands like Billabong and publications like Surfer Magazine.

Many in Malaysia would easily come to the conclusion that this story is just about sex, brawls and white pride. I beg to really differ, as its actually about going against statistical odds and living life triumphantly despite "bad" experiences. But most of all, is not about giving in to societical norms or stereotyping and living life the best we can.

We place so much emphasis on avoiding failure that we become complacent, frustrated cattles awaiting colonial and capitalistic axe strikes, killing us before we even truly begin living. What we fight for is the right to live, earm meager earnings and keep on living, not living at all, if you truly think of it. The rich grow into a society that believes that their hardwork should be a secret so as to keep wealth within the circle. Again, a strategy that the colonists have implanted into the fabric of how colonised societies should live. We are weak merely because we have been kept stupid. The angel said to Prophet Muhammad(saw) "READ!"..Hint?!

Break out! Make mistakes! Ask questions. Think about this, the opposite of divide and conquer IS UNITE AND LIBERATE. This can be applied on so many levels, question is... have we really done so?

Anyways, now that that is off my chest..(emotional outburst which i am not sorry for)...lets take a look at todays video. River surfin' man... a sports we definitely can do and enjoy.

I've always been interested in surfing and after sunway lagoon installed the standing wave feature, I've tried it only once. Why? Coz spending over fifty bucks for just a chance to ride a wave is just ludicrous. Especially when my kids can't enjoy this activity with me. So, slowly, I'm trying to find places where we could all enjoy and congregate for river surfing. White water rivers are too dangerous so looking for ideal conditions should be in itself, an adventure!

So whadya say? Surf anyone?

A Play Vid

Here's another video project that our team decided to put together. Its just a bunch of high speed shots (approx 290fps) taken with the new Sony HDD cam. Looks cool knowing that you can actually take a "mythbuster" style shot of executed moves. Notice the amount of detail captured or just enjoy the footages. Oh yeah, by the way, the content owner does have the video in better quality. So, if anyone is interested in purchasing any of it, it is possible. Email us.

1st Post! And its about an event...

Hi Malaysian peeps! We were very lucky to have been invited by an event management company to the media launch of their upcoming event scheduled for 31st October 2008. A mouth full, eh?? The event is called SCREAM and its happening at Sunway Lagoon's Elephant Walk.

According to the organisers, this will be among the first large scale thematic parties to hit the streets of the Klang Valley. Here's why I like it... Right next to the party area is Sunway Lagoon's Scream Park. For those thinking that its just another "rumah hantu", you're sadly mistaken. They really know how to work the fear factor into the experience. Its simple yet spine chillingly scary. Integrating lygophobia (thats fear of darkness), merinthophobia (fear of being bound) and other phobias, the scream park tests your fear limit.

Girls, this is a good way to find out what kinda guy you have as a boyfriend.

Ok! Now back to the event. SCREAM patrons will be entitled to discounts for the Scream Park on that day so don't miss out. More info on http://www.myspace.com/screamlivex3

Anyways, take a look at the video and we'll see you at the event!
